The Firm represents clients before the New York Public Service Commission in electric transmission and gas pipeline siting proceedings under Article VII of the Public Service Law. In addition, the Firm represents clients before the NYPSC in gas gathering line cases under the expedited provisions of Article VII. Mr. Laniado and Mr. Wolcott published an article on siting transmission lines for offshore wind facilities.
