Energy Efficiency Programs

Mr. Brocks represents municipal electric companies including the Independent Energy Efficiency Program, the implementing entity for New York’s municipal electric utilities.  These projects enhance or modify utility system infrastructure resulting in fundamental improvements to New York’s overall utility system.  They demonstrate the way to energy efficient and alternative energy resource future for the customers of New York municipal electric utilities, and explore and implement technologies providing sustainable improvements to Industrial customers.
